DS Wireless using "Payment Express" for all credit card payments. This ensures that all transactions made will be secure and authenticated before and payments are made.

DPS has been developing and providing innovative and robust payment solutions for the Australian and New Zealand markets since 1997. Their clients include companies such as Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zeland and Fontera. So you have nothing to worry about in that department.

Delivery - spend over $99 delivery is FREE !

At DS Wireless we know time is precious. We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 days of being confirmed.

Plus dont forget if your order is over $99 (incl'd GST) delivery is FREE anywhere in New Zealand.If your order is less than $99 then a delivery charge will be incured in the total price depending on where you live.

Dont forget we cant deliver to a PO Box, private bag, weekends or public holidays.

We currently only offer delivery in New Zealand. We use CourierPost so you can be sure your delivery will be in safe hands.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return a product purchased from the DS Wireless online store.
Please call us on 09 520 6483 between business hours.

Dont forget to have your order number handy.

Depending on the reason for return we will be able to advise you on the appropriate return procedure.

However please choose carefully before you place your order as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods you recieve are faulty then we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

If you have not recived what you ordered then you must contact us on the above details within 7 days days of recieving the goods.

If your product needs to be serviced under warrenty because of a manufacturing fault then you can take the product with your invoice to any DS Wireless or Vodafone retail store.
