I am writing to commend one of your staff members, the fantastic Miss Amy Lai of your Newmarket Broadway store in Auckland. As a long standing Vodafone customer I've dealt with Amy on several occasions and can honestly say that she is THE BEST Vodafone customer service representative anyone could ever hope for. Amy has a warm personality and makes people feel welcome in the store and undoubtedly helps Vodafone to boost its sales with her fantastic approach and her 'above and beyond' attitude. On my last visit Amy assisted me with some rather complex roaming and phone issues, now everything works wonderfully and I greatly appreciate the time she took to help me. I wish to extend my grateful thanks to Amy for her excellent service and am delighted to say that Vodafone and DS Wireless are lucky to have such a valuable and customer focused employee. I will most definitely be a loyal customer thanks to Amy!

Hello Sir,

What a wonderful day!!!! I wanted you to know what an extremely accommodating, courteous and polite employee you have within your representative Ankur.

My name is Fia and I know too well what is expected in a customer service representative. I work in an industry where we pride ourselves in the service that we give. I am a senior at the Automoblile Association although we don't deal with customers face to face but over the phone, we strive to ensure that customer service is always at it's highest but as you may well know, this is not always the case. And much harder I believe when it's face to face as the customer is right there in front of you and there's not a lot you can do but deal with the situation at hand.

My son and I went to Countdown Quay St, and as it is my birthday today he motioned for us to have a look at the Vodafone display. Now usually when we walk into a Vodafone shop a representative will ask if we need help, when we reply, no it's ok just looking, they walk away or just let you browse the display. Now today, that was not the case, but let me make it clear, Ankur was not pushy in anyway, he asked a couple of very simple questions that really had me thinking, as to how much I was spending in the month etc. I wanted you to know the qualities that your employee displayed today, courteous, polite, patient always had a smile on his face and was so genuine, I applaud loudly. I received outstanding service today and it was more special today because it's my birthday and Ankur was able to explain the different plans to me, he was so patient, brilliant.

Ankur is an asset to your company and I wish him all the best in his endeavours, this is the sort of service that as a customer, is sometimes rare to find, people are always trying to hurry you up and make a quick sale etc...

To whom it may concern,

Earlier this month I went into a DS Wireless store in Meadow Band, Auckland to sort out some mobile phone contracts for the business as our contract manager at Vodafone wasn't returning calls and the situation was turning urgent. I was served by Satish Magan and am emailing you to let you know how pleased I was with the service. Satish was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that the process went as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Satish was fantastic with helping setting up contracts etc and on two occasions stayed late (about 6.30) to make sure I had what I needed before I left. I cannot express enough gratitude towards Satish for helping me with this as it was rather urgent and he worked diligently while I was in store and also while I wasn't there to make sure that everything was set up and running properly. I can assure you that we will be returning to that store in the future with all our mobile phone needs because of the fantastic service I received.

I just thought I should let you know that you have a very wonderful employee by the name of Chirag who deserves to be recognized for both his ability and his attitude when serving customers and beyond. I am delighted to now be part of the Vodaphone plan thanks to him as I know I can trust him to deliver and that I can always turn to him should I need any assistance. Also, one of the noticeable things about him is that he approached us rather than wait for us to approach him. Its sets the tone for the entire transaction and he did indeed close the deal efficiently.

I was so pleased with his service I even decided to get an additional phone and plan for a close friend too. Both she and I are extremely happy now. I do hope you will take my comments into consideration and commend him accordingly as he does deserve it sincerely.

I bought an iphone 3GS today from your Meadowbank store in Auckland.

I just wanted to write a brief note to say how impressed I was with the quality of the service I received from all staff but in particular a chap called Ankur.

From when I first rang the shop to see if they had the iphone in stock to when I arrived and consequently when I bought the phone, Ankur was incredibly courteous, helpful, patient and willing to answer every question I had.

I left feeling very happy with my purchase and rest assured I will recommend him and that shop to all of my friends and colleagues who are enquiring about the iphone.

I am writing to you to pass on my comments on the service I received from your Queen Street branch in Auckland last month.

Last year I sold my business and in order to retain my existing Vodafone number needed to transfer my business account to my personal name. I went in to your Queen Street branch and dealt with a Chirag Tailor. As I was traveling a lot at the time Chirag sorted out all the paperwork for me and also arranged the cutover from business to personal to suit my traveling needs which was a great help. He also arranged the same service for my wife's phone signing us both up to plans that suited our respective requirements.

What I was expecting to be a painful experience was made very easy by Chirag and I commend him for this. To highlight his service I arrived in Australia just after the cutover and did not have global roaming set up. I emailed Chirag after 5.00 pm NZ time and to my surprise not only did he respond to my email straight away but set up the global roaming whilst I waited on the other end of the email.

As I run a company that survives on the ability of its people to provide good service I am always appreciative of receiving it, and as I seldom find someone who provides such good service am always keen to pass on my thoughts when I think someone is deserving of special mention.

Please pass on my thanks to Chirag who on both times I have had to contact him has made the process painless which believe me as a long time customer is not always the case when dealing with telecommunications!

Today I purchased a new Sony Ericsson mobile phone on a 24 month plan at the Lower Queen Street branch of DS Wireless. I was served by Farah Dale and would like to put on record the exceptional service she provided.

Before coming to your branch I visited another store and to be honest their service was shocking. It was some time before an assistant came to talk to me and when he did it was obvious he was completely clueless about the type of mobile phone I required. If I'd trusted his judgement I would have ended up with a completely inappropriate phone.

By contrast, Farah was quick to serve me when I arrived, answered my questions confidently and used her imitative to contact Sony and use the Internet to double check the information she provided me. Farah helped me choose a suitable mobile and plan and my connection and handset were ready within 3 hours which I thought was exceptional.

I am an IT Manager and will be working for CB Richard Ellis from January. Being in the commercial real estate industry CBRE are big users of mobile technology and I will certainly have no hesitation coming back to your store given the high level service Farah provided.

I have received great service over the past week or so from Brandon Chow in the Vodafone store on Broadway in Newmarket. He was assisting me with transferring my mobile phone number from my employer to a new personal plan on the Vodafone network. He was very thorough and from the outset wanted to ensure that my transition was a seamless and easy one for me with no delays. He achieved that by being available to make follow up phone calls on my behalf (on a Saturday morning too!) to make sure I had an uninterrupted service. And he explained things in lay person's terms to me too, and knowing me, you know how important that is!

 

He exceeded my expectations and thank you Brandon, your service really counted.
